We evaluate the injury and find the cause.
You got hurt at work, and nobody has explained what happens next. We handle the documentation and coordinate with your doctors, so your attention can go where it belongs.
What It Is
The injury is one problem. Not knowing what happens next is the other one, and it is usually the one keeping you up. You are worried about your shoulder. You are also worried about your job.
Here is the part we control. A cause-first evaluation of what actually happened, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, and a plan with an endpoint that moves through four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. The plan is built around the tasks your job really asks of you, not a protocol pulled off a shelf.
We also do the coordinating. We work with your primary care doctor, your orthopedic doctor and your insurance company, and we keep the documentation accurate and complete. If you are the employer, the HR manager or the adjuster reading this: you get a straight picture of what this person can and cannot do yet, and a therapist who tells you when that changes.
We do the coordinating
What It Helps
Most work injuries are not one bad moment. They are one bad moment on top of a year of the same motion.

Every claim is its own situation, so we are not going to tell you how yours works from a web page. What we can tell you is this: Hawaii allows direct access to physical therapy, so getting evaluated is a reasonable first step. Call us at (808) 597-1555 and we will walk you through what we need on our end.
That is the fear underneath most of these calls, and it deserves a straight answer. We do not decide your work status. Your doctor does, and our job is to give an accurate picture of what your body can do right now. We build the plan around the tasks your job actually requires, so going back is a tested step rather than a hopeful one.
That depends on your claim, and we will not promise you an outcome we do not control. Here is what we do control: we coordinate with your primary care doctor, your orthopedic doctor and your insurance company, and we keep your documentation accurate and complete. Call us at (808) 597-1555 and we will tell you what we know.
