What Carrie K. wrote

“Having been to countless specialists over the many years, I felt hopeless & unseen until coming to Action Rehab. I worked with Dr. Caitlyn Helwig twice a week for 2 months, to whom I highly recommend anyone needing physical therapy to see her specifically. I am now confidently walking again.”

Countless specialists first. Then twice a week for two months. Then walking again, confidently. That is what a plan with an endpoint looks like when someone sticks with it, and when the same therapist stays with them the whole way.

What care with Caitlyn looks like

It starts with a cause-first evaluation, because being unseen usually means nobody ever explained the cause. You leave the first visit knowing what is wrong and roughly how long it takes.

Then care is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, through four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent.

If you have already been told to live with it, that was somebody else’s conclusion, not a verdict on your body. Being written off is not the same as being examined.

Nobody regrets starting too early. Ask for Caitlyn when you schedule your appointment.
