We listen, then we test how you move.
You have been holding everything else up, so this went to the bottom of the list. Here is what changes: a cause-first evaluation, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, and a plan with an endpoint.
What It Is
Physical therapy here starts with the question most places skip: why is this happening at all? Pain almost always traces back to how something moves, or how something stopped moving.
So your first visit is an evaluation, not a warm-up. We test how you move, load and hold position, and we look at the joints above and below the spot that hurts. Then we tell you what we found in plain language, no jargon, no shrug.
From there you get a plan in four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Each phase has a job and a way to know you have earned the next one. And you work one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit. Not a printout. Not a heat pack. Not a room of people doing the same exercises.
One-on-one, every visit
What It Helps
If the pain keeps coming back, the cause was never addressed. Six more months of working around it only teaches your body the workaround.
What A Session Looks Like
1
We listen, then we test how you move.
2
You hear the cause, in plain language.
3
You start phase one before you leave.
Why It Works
We treat the cause, not just the sore spot.
One-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit.
A plan with an endpoint, not an open tab.
Four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent.
Pairs Well With
Questions, Answered
Some of it is work, and none of it should be something you brace against. We tell you before we start what a movement is meant to feel like, and what normal soreness feels like afterward. If something crosses the line, say so and we change it on the spot. You are never handed a list of exercises and left alone with them.
That depends on what you had. Plenty of people land here after somewhere handed them a printout and a heat pack. Here, one licensed physical therapist owns your whole visit, start to finish, and the plan comes from what your evaluation actually found instead of a template for your body part.
We will not invent a number to get you in the door. At your evaluation you find out what is wrong, what has to change, and roughly how long that takes, laid out in four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Each phase has a job and a way to know you have earned the next one, so you always know where you stand. The goal is discharge, not a standing appointment. Want to talk it through first?
