We screen how you move, loaded and unloaded.
You have already had one injury, or you can feel the next one coming. We screen how you actually move, then strengthen the weak link before it gives.
What It Is
Injuries rarely arrive out of nowhere. Something has been quietly compensating for months. Then one ordinary morning it stops covering for you, and it looks like bad luck.
Injury prevention is two things. A cause-first evaluation of how you actually move, loaded and unloaded. Then targeted work on exactly what that evaluation finds. Not a printout of stretches. Not a guess at what is probably tight.
It is one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit. The same evaluation we run when someone walks in hurting, run before you are. You leave knowing which link is weak, why it is weak, and what to do about it.
Screened, not guessed at
What It Helps
If one part of you is quietly doing the work of two, it eventually says something.
What A Session Looks Like
1
We screen how you move, loaded and unloaded.
2
We show you the weak link, in plain language.
3
You leave with work aimed at that, and nothing else.
Why It Works
Catches it while it is still small.
Built from your movement, not a template.
Strength aimed where you actually give out.
You learn what to watch for yourself.

No. Hawaii allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can book an evaluation without waiting for something to tear first. Coming in early is the smaller version of this problem: you are working on a weak link instead of an injury. Nobody regrets starting too early.
A gym program is built toward a goal. This is built from a cause-first evaluation of how your body actually moves, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit. We are not adding load on top of a pattern that is already compensating. We fix the pattern, then add the load.
