We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time physical therapist to join our growing team at our Honolulu location. We are looking for someone who shares our values and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care while also committing to ongoing learning and professional development.

As a member of our team, you will work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes to seniors, and develop a wide range of skills. Position requirements

• A full-time licensed physical therapist in Hawaii, committed to empowering patients to reach their full potential
• Some experience with physical therapy is preferred
• Comfortable treating a wide variety of patients across different age demographics
• Excellent patient engagement skills, and a motivator for your patients
• Able to communicate well with patients and peers
• Thrives on innovation, always looking for the next best thing to help patients
• Passionate about being a PT, and loyal to your peers

Competitive salary. We prefer our physical therapists not work multiple jobs to support their living, unless they want to, to prevent burnout. Our base salary, bonus structure and benefits package are built to reflect that.

About our company

Action Rehab Physical Therapy is family owned and operated by Dr. Cindy Oania, DPT, OCS, PWCE, CPT, Physical Therapist. There are seven of us: physical therapists, a physical therapist assistant, a licensed massage therapist and an office manager. We work alongside our referral partners and their staff to get patients the care they need, and that impact carries over to their friends and family too.

Staff training

At Action Rehab, growth is not optional, it is part of who we are. Every provider receives year-round support in mindset, clinical skill development and professional growth. From continuing education to hands-on workshops, we make sure our therapists have the knowledge, tools and confidence to help patients return to the activities they love.

Clinical development

Our clinicians meet every month for dedicated education and skill-building. We go deep on advanced topics such as:

• Joint mobilizations
• Neurodynamics
• Exercise progression and regression
• Blood flow restriction
• Functional strength and stability strategies

Before choosing where to work, ask any other clinic whether their therapists meet regularly to sharpen their clinical skills. Most cannot say yes. We can.
