What It Is

A knee rarely fails on its own.

Orthopedic therapy is care for the musculoskeletal system: joints, muscles, tendons and ligaments, plus the rehab that comes after an orthopedic surgery.

It starts with a cause-first evaluation. We test the joint that hurts, then the joints above and below it, because the part that fails is often paying for something else. You leave knowing what is going on in plain language, and what the plan is.

Dr. Cindy Oania, DPT, OCS, our owner, is board certified in orthopedics. That specialty shapes how this clinic tests, progresses and clears you. Your care runs one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, through four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent.

What It Helps

Where orthopedic therapy shines.

If it is a joint, a tendon, or a surgery you are recovering from, this is the lane. Waiting it out is how a stiff joint turns into a habit you stop questioning.

What A Session Looks Like

Three steps, one visit.

1

We test the joint, and everything around it.

2

You hear what we found, in plain language.

3

Phase one starts before you go home.

Why It Works

Specialty detail, not a generic protocol.

Cause-first evaluation, not a guess at the joint.

One-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit.

Questions, Answered

Orthopedic therapy, no mystery.

Yes, and we work inside the restrictions your surgeon gave you. If something in the protocol needs clarifying, we coordinate with your orthopedic doctor rather than guess. Progression is earned here: each phase has a job and a way to know you are ready for the next one. Nothing gets added because the calendar says so.

It is physical therapy with an orthopedic focus: joints, tendons, ligaments and post-op recovery. Our owner, Dr. Cindy Oania, is board certified in orthopedics, and that specialty sets how this clinic tests, progresses and clears you. The rest holds either way: one licensed physical therapist with you the whole visit, working from your evaluation instead of a standard handout.

We will not hand you a number before we have looked at you. After the evaluation you will know what is wrong, what has to change, and roughly how long that takes, laid out in four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. Each one has a job and a way to know you have earned the next. The goal is discharge, not a standing appointment. Want to ask first? Call us at (808) 597-1555.
