The RESILIENCE program in Honolulu.

Pain-free is the floor, not the finish. RESILIENCE is our performance program, for people who want capacity and confidence under load after the rehab is done.

Performance program After rehab Talk to a Specialist

What It Is

Pain-free is the floor.

Rehab is supposed to end. That is the whole point of a plan with an endpoint. But discharge day has a gap in it: you are cleared, and you are still careful.

RESILIENCE is this clinic’s performance program, and it lives in that gap. It is for the person who wants more than the absence of pain. Capacity. Durability. Trust in the thing that used to hurt, at the weight you actually need to move.

It runs the way everything here runs. A cause-first evaluation before anything else, one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, and progress you can see rather than hope for. Our plans move through four phases: Pain, Prime, Perform, Prevent. This is the work that lives in the last two.

We test where you actually are today.

We build the next step from what we saw.

Why It Works

Four reasons to keep going after discharge.

Built for capacity, not just comfort.

Progress you can feel under load.

One licensed physical therapist, every visit.

Starts where your rehab left off.

Questions, Answered

RESILIENCE, no mystery.

No. Hawaii allows direct access to physical therapy, so you can start with an evaluation. If you did your rehab somewhere else, we still start there, because we want to see how you move now rather than take a discharge note at its word.

It starts with a cause-first evaluation instead of a program template, and it runs one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit. That matters most when there is history in the joint, because the person choosing the load is the person who knows the injury. We also offer personal training, and the two work well together.

That depends on what your evaluation finds, which is the honest answer rather than the brochure one. What does not change: one-on-one with a licensed physical therapist, every visit, a plan with an endpoint, and phases you can feel yourself moving through. Call us at (808) 597-1555 and we will tell you what it would look like for you.
