I was referred by Pali momi & REHAB Hospital of the Pacific after being in the hospitals for 15 days. I was temporarily paralyzed, struggled with walking, stairs, lifting, numbness. I was diagnosed with conversion disorder with anesthesia/ sensory loss. I also was diagnosed 17 years ago with derangement of left sacroiliac joint, Lower back pain, lumbar radiculopathy & spinal stenosis. Having been to countless specialist over the many years, i felt hopeless & unseen until coming to Action Rehab. I worked with Caitlyn Helwig twice a week for 2 months. To whom I highly recommend anyone needing physical therapy to see her specifically. I am now confidently walking again. The full body numbness is nearly gone. Stairs used to be a huge fear of mine due to the pain in my si joint, that I’ve now overcome. I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to caitlyn, shes truly life changing. I don’t think there’s enough words to articulate just how proud I am of Catlyin Helwig. Shes the most kind-hearted, compassionate, hard-working, honest person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her positive attitude, encouragement and communication helped motivate me not only physically, but mentally as well, as I deeply struggle with depression & trama. She listened when I had no one else to talk to & genuinely cares about her patients. I never leave reviews, but I felt deeply compelled to write this for anyone considering/ needing physical therapy. I highly recommend Action Rehab. My observation while being there: the facility is friendly, quite, peaceful & very clean. There’s plenty of parking available. Also michelangelo is such a sweet heart, hes easy to work with scheduling appointments. Everyone working here always greets you with smiles even if you’re not workin one-on-one with them.

I am a young health care professional who has been treated by Action rehab in the past few years. My husband was firstly treated here initially with another injury and he recommended me to come here, because of their innovative treatment. In my few years in of work, unfortunately I sustained a serious lower back injury, that it was flared up or reinjured at work multiple times. In the past few years of treatment with Action rehab, I have met through multiple physical therapists, and I could vouch for every single one of the them for very positive professional attitude and compassion. Action rehab is unlike the other traditional outpatient rehabs to provide massage with small amount of exercise. In action rehab, the therapists will provide very detailed evaluation, specific treatment education, and individual guiding each patient to their best of recovery. I am a solely believer in exercise and therapy to strengthen muscles to protect injured body part, thus to prevent taking excessive amount of narcotics and pain killer. Action rehab respected my point of view and individualized my treatment plan. I was initially have difficulty walking in my latest flare up and had to take off work for a long period of time, and now I was able to safely return to work with improved mobility and stability. I appreciate every single therapist’s efforts and their expertise at Action rehab. Totally 100% recommended and vouched!
